Before the campaign opens

HoneyBeacon is preparing for launch. The iPhone app includes a free Core plan for timers and schedules without hardware. This website takes no payment. Campaign dates, delivery estimates, destinations, shipping charges and final inclusions will be confirmed before pledging opens. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a pack, price or delivery date.

Planned packs and public retail prices

• Starter: one HoneyBeacon and one HoneyTag, UK £69.99.
• Duo: two HoneyBeacons and two HoneyTags, UK £119.99.
• Whole Home: three HoneyBeacons and four HoneyTags, UK £169.99.
• HoneyTag: one tag, UK £14.99.
• HoneyTags 2-pack: two tags, UK £24.99.
• HoneyTags 4-pack: four tags, UK £39.99.

Starter includes one HoneyTag. Extra tags are sold separately at the prices above. Prices are planned consumer prices for the detected launch country. UK prices include VAT. Starter, Duo and Whole Home include free standard shipping in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand. They are not claims that the products have previously sold at those prices.

International prices and shipping

The website uses your network country to show planned selling prices for your launch market, without a country selector. If your country cannot be determined or is outside the launch markets, UK reference prices are labelled as such. Final delivery eligibility is based on the shipping destination. These are fixed regional prices, not currency conversions. UK campaign stages apply to UK offers; international campaign prices have not been announced.

App membership is optional

Core remains free. The Hive is UK £2.99 monthly or UK £29 annually. The Hive Family is UK £4.99 monthly or UK £49 annually. Hardware is a one-off purchase. Some packs include a period of membership, supplied as an App Store offer code. Starter's included membership is The Hive. Duo and Whole Home include The Hive Family, for up to six people. Redeeming the code opens Apple's redemption sheet, which shows the membership, its length and whether it renews before you confirm. Separate HoneyTag packs do not include paid membership. When an included period ends, continue with free Core or choose an optional paid subscription.

Redeeming a code does not cancel an Apple subscription you already have. That subscription continues under its own billing terms until you cancel it. A later paid subscription requires your purchase confirmation. Stacking or reimbursement is not promised unless expressly included in the offer. Any redemption deadline will be stated in the offer before you pledge.

Apple Family Sharing and your in-app Family Hive are different. Sharing an eligible subscription does not automatically add anyone to a Hive. Family members join by invitation in HoneyBeacon. Subscription-sharing availability is identified in the App Store offer.

Delivery and support

Crowdfunding involves development and manufacturing uncertainty. We will communicate material changes and delays. An estimated shipment date is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular day. If a reward cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the position and available resolution under the campaign agreement and applicable law.

Launch sales are planned for the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and New Zealand. Starter, Duo and Whole Home include free standard shipping. HoneyTags added to a HoneyBeacon order ship free in the same shipment. Standalone HoneyTag orders ship free in the UK and US. Standalone HoneyTag orders in Australia and New Zealand have a separate shipping charge, shown before pledging. Final local tax details will be provided before ordering. Contact us before returning goods so we can give the correct returns address. Our registered office is not an authorised returns address. This does not make statutory cancellation dependent on our permission.
